The location was convenient. the cable cars were nearby, made getting around easy. the hotel food was actually quite good. I enjoyed my meals there. i found a tesco express close by, really handy for picking up forgotten items.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working correctly. this made the room quite uncomfortable, especially at night. there was too much furniture in the room. I didn't need all of it. the room service burger i ordered was burned and cold.

Fantastic Stay with Really good Service!

The reception staff, including Lilia, Rita, Ty, Gustavo, Cheynne, and Elizabeth, were friendly. The hotel's location is perfect for accessing the airport. A train station just five minutes away swiftly connects you to central city in ten minutes! The views from the room overlooking the O2 arena were fine, it felt magical.

A Decent Stay Near the Docks

The location made getting around easy. There were lovely views from the hotel room. Breakfast offered a good selection of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful .

The pool opening hours were limited. I found the in-room dining menu to be quite restricted. My room lacked certain amenities. I also experienced some delays during check-in.

Solid stay near the docks

great breakfast maintained jacuzzi friendly staff

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The leisure facilities included a nice pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. I found them well kept. the staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out, a positive experience.

The bathroom was a bit basic. It felt slightly rough, it could use some updates to match the quality of the rest of the hotel, and i think that would improve the overall stay.

I found the staff to be helpful. They assisted with directions and information about local attractions. The hotel's location near public transport was convenient (especially for getting around the city).

I was disappointed by the limited opening hours of the pool. It closed earlier than advertised, inconvenient. The in-room dining menu also had limited options (it could benefit from more variety).
